| No fee for submission on FI information | 2 – 8 weeks; The Local Authority must publicly advertise that a Further Information Request was made. Any party may make a submission on the FI within the period specified by the local authority, even if no submission was made at the planning stage providing that a Further Information request was published publicly. | |

| Made up to 8 weeks from the date of application, if no FI is requested. Decisions following FI requests are made within 4 weeks of the information being supplied by the applicant (total time should be no more than 8 weeks). - 8 weeks on EIS applications where FI complied with and/or 8 weeks from the date of notification of request of FI. | ||
