What: A demonstration and talk about winter planting techniques and crops. When: Saturday 10th of October 2015, 12 pm to 3 pm (approximately). Where: Bridgefoot Street Community Garden, Liberties, Dublin 8.
Overview: We will be looking at the crop types and planting methodology for overwintering vegetables. Also to be covered are crop protection and companion planting. Billy Creevy will be delivering this Green Communities Workshop. Billy is an experienced gardener working with the Virgin Mary Community Garden, and also a student at the National Botanic Gardens in Glasnevin.
