1. The quorum for Board meetings shall be 4.

2. Board members may appoint another member of the Board as a proxy if they cannot attend the meeting. Proxies must be declared at the beginning of the Board meeting.

3. Board meetings shall be held on the fourth Tuesday of the month each month at 15:00 in Tailors' Hall unless noted otherwise in the agenda.

4. Additional Board meetings require 48 hours notice by email. If the notice is less then all Board members should be phoned to inform them of the meeting.

5. Motions may be put by Board members to the Board email address between meetings for approval. However, if any board members email back to disagree with the motion; then a full meeting or teleconference meeting shall be called to allow discussion, before making any decision. Email motions require 48 hours notice. If the notice is less then all Board members should be phoned to inform them of the motion.
