As you know much of Kerry's beautiful coastline is now destroyed with litter from all the storms that have battered us over the past few weeks! A number of cleanups have been organised for SATURDAY the 26TH of APRIL. I am hoping that I will be adding to this list over the coming days. Banna Coastcare and Maharees Coast Care will be covering the usual spots. Tralee Bay Wetlands have joined us and will do some of the estuary. Kerry County Council will be supporting the event by removing all the bags collected. This ‘Beach Blitz’ also offers a chance to highlight Clean Coasts week which will run from the 9th to the 18th of May. I am hoping for a massive turnout!! Hope to see you all on the 26th of April
